Here is a recipe that Brett has been begging me to make for years now... and I finally got around to it today! It doesn't involve the mixer but this is what recipe I made today...
Cocoa Puff Balls-
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of white karo syrup
1 cup sugar
12 oz crunchy peanut butter
4 cups cocoa puffs
Bring honey, karo syrup, and sugar to a boil in a sauce pan
Stir in peanut butter until smooth
Mix in cocoa puffs
Put spoonfuls onto wax paper until dry
Eat and enjoy!!

Cocoa puff balls
My first ever kitchen aid mixer
So I finally got the Kitchen Aid Mixer that I have been wanting for years!! I had a few bumps along the way (they sent me the wrong color) but I just received the pefect mixer this past week!!
Since I got this mixer I have decided to make a blog of all the things I am going to bake using it and in addition share some recipe that I am going to make in general. I hope that you will enjoy them as much as I will!
